1Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xbaee ("xbaee", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the xbaee online gaming platform accessible at xbaee.ws and any related services, features, or content offered through that domain.

9Account Suspension and Termination

xbaee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request; account inactivity for an extended period; or any other conduct that xbaee determines to be contrary to the integrity of the platform or the wellbeing of other users.

Where an account is closed by a player of their own volition, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification and provided all withdrawal conditions are met. 10Intellectual Property
